Cory Crayn helps companies design, fix, and scale their operations—whether that’s a targeted project or a full operating transformation.

He partners with leadership teams to tackle the operational work that enables growth: streamlining GTM execution, integrating acquisitions, modernizing IT and systems, optimizing real estate and facilities, strengthening governance and compliance, and building reporting that connects day-to-day execution to financial outcomes. Engagements range from discrete initiatives to multi-phase transformations, depending on the need.

With over 15 years of experience at companies like TodayTix Group and 5W Public Relations, Cory has supported global teams and multi-brand platforms. Earlier in his career, he led large-scale experiential and marketing programs for high-visibility clients, including Evian, Hasbro, Vail Resorts, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Estrella Damm, and other consumer and technology leaders.

Based in New York City, Cory works with private, public, venture-backed, and private equity–funded companies on operations projects large and small and is open to project work, as well as fractional, part-time, and full-time roles.
